She has designed and implemented Programme Management Offices (PMO) for multiple global clients in Europe and Asia. Sharon focuses on project management capability assessment, and the design and delivery of Project Management, Change Management and PMO Training. 

She is an active coach and mentor for business leaders and project managers.

Roger has over 30 years experience of leading project management teams across global businesses. 

He has strong track record of delivering strategic change for global financial institutions in Asia, Europe and the US for Life and non-Life Insurers, Asset Management firms and Global Banks. In addition to 20+ years experience on the buy side, Roger has also worked for a number of blue chip global vendors.  

On the training side, Roger specialises in the design and delivery of Project Financial Management training, guiding project managers through business case development, financial control and forecasting, and benefits measurement.
